How do I buy Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates can be purchased online in many denominations and for our most popular treatments. Gift certificates can also be purchased in person at both of our locations, Downtown Austin and Hill Country Galleria You may also call us at 512.236.1115 to purchase gift certificates over the phone.
How long does it take for gift certificates to arrive in the mail?
Gift certificates are shipped through First Class Mail. They usually arrive in one to two days to local (Austin and surroundings) addresses. Gift certificate orders placed before noon are typically shipped the same day. Feel free to call the spa at 512.236.1115 if you have any questions about shipping, would like an order to be held at the spa for pickup, or if you need any other assistance.
Where are Gift Certificates redeemable?
Gift certificates are redeemable at both milk + honey locations for services and products. As of now, Gift Certificates may not be used at our online store.
How do I order online?
Choose a product, gift certificate, or treatment series that you are interested in purchasing.
Can I have a Gift Certificate or product sent to a friend?
Yes. When you put an item into the shopping cart, the shopping cart will have a checkbox that states: “This purchase is a gift and I would like to ship it to the following person:” Click this checkbox and fill in the other boxes to include their address, a short message, and any shipping instructions. When you checkout, you will use the Google checkout system. Please enter the ship to address as well there.
What is prepaid gratuity?
For gift certificates for specific treatments, you have the option of prepaying a gratuity so the gift certificate recipient doesn’t have to worry about paying a gratuity. Like all gratuities, this is optional. We will indicate on the gift certificate that you prepaid the gratuity.
Do you charge sales tax?
Gift certificates and treatment series are not taxable, so no sales tax is charged on them. All other products have sales tax included in the price.
How do you handle returns?
Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable. Please call our concierge at 512.236.1115 to discuss our return options for products purchased at the online store.
When will my order arrive?
Gift certificates are shipped within one business day of purchase, though US mail and typically arrive 2-3 days after shipping. We also offer Instant Gift Certificates which are available for immediate printing or emailing.
All other product orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except orders which have requested expedited delivery (additional charge will apply).

What is Google Checkout?
We give users the option of using Google Checkout for online orders. This means that during the checkout process, you will be taken from our online store to the Google Checkout payment system.
Do Gift Certificates Expire?
Unlike lots of other gift certificates, a gift card to milk + honey will never expire! But we still hope you don’t wait to trade that piece of paper in for some well deserved TLC. If you have an old version of our gift certificate with an expiration date, all you need to do is let us know when you book your visit to the spa, and bring it with you. We’ll do the rest!
